Paula Gingles is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides comprehensive, evidence-based mental health care across the lifespan, from children to older adults. She delivers care through telehealth, outpatient, and integrated settings, and is licensed to diagnose conditions, prescribe and manage psychiatric medications, and provide psychotherapy. Her clinical expertise includes anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, complex trauma, acute stress disorder, dissociative disorders, delusional disorders, personality disorders, and autism-related challenges.
Paula takes an integrative, trauma-informed approach to care, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR and Flash techniques, CBT, DBT, ACT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gestalt, Motivational Interviewing, somatic and polyvagal-informed therapies, psychodynamic, and narrative approaches. This flexible, whole-person framework supports nervous system regulation, emotional processing, self-awareness, and meaningful, lasting change.
